Shipping Policy

Our standard processing time is 3-4 business days for all physical products - unless stated otherwise. Most times, we are able to ship within 1-2 business days. Items under pre-order will have its processing times listed in the product description.

Shipping times depend on the option you select during checkout.

If it has been more than 3-4 business days and your order has not shipped, please contact us for an update. Sometimes unexpected delays occur.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, please contact them directly for package updates.

Refund Policies

Physical Products

Products are eligible for a full refund if they are unused with the seal still in tact. Products that have been used and/or had its seal broken cannot be returned. No exceptions. Return/refund window is seven (7) days after date of delivery. If those seven (7) days have passed, returns/refunds are void.

All custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
